Update: Kerik Nannygate

Looks like my initial impressions were correct. The reports are coming fast and furious about many more problems Kerik has, such as failing to mention that a New Jersey judge had issued a warrant for his arrest in 1998 in a civil dispute over unpaid bills. A series of critical news reports about questionable actions have begun to surface about Mr. Kerik. The reports include Mr. Kerik's improper use of city personnel while in office, and potential conflicts between his business life and the role of the Homeland Security Department.
